Hi everyone, here we go again! As of Thursday 5th November our shop will be closed for in-store shopping until the latest national lockdown is lifted. While you won't be able to visit us in the shop we will be here during our normal opening hours and you can contact us through all the usual channels and we'll be happy to offer our usual friendly service. You can still place click and collect orders if you are local to us.
Our online channels are running as normal and will continue to do so throughout the lockdown. Items are shipping on time as advertised and couriers and the Royal Mail are fully operational. Please be aware that postal services are going to come under huge strain during the next couple of months so it is possible that things may on occasion take a little longer to arrive than they would normally.
Please also be aware that the industry is suffering from some supply issues at the moment and some products may not be as freely available as normal.
We are awaiting clarification on whether our music lessons can continue throughout lockdown and will update all students as soon as we know.
We are sad we aren't going to be seeing any of you for a while but please stay safe out there and rest assured we will be here if you need us!
