At the start of October Rattle and Drum will hand over the retail of Guitars, Basses, Amps and all related accessories to Hippo Guitars. Woody, currently our guitar expert, is embarking on this new journey with a particular focus on pre-owned gear. He already has well over 100 guitars ready for launch day! We're confident that this will offer a far more exciting mix of products on the wall than we can currently offer and will be a great reason to regularly visit the shop, along side all the usual accessories, servicing, spares and plenty of new stuff. We think this is really exciting news for everyone.
Not really very exciting for the drummers I hear you say....Wrong! This will allow Rattle and Drum to be far more focused on the Drum and Percussion side. We can re-invest in better stock, dedicate more space to drums and offer in depth expertise to everyone who visits or contacts the store. We will be the only truly specialist drum shop in the area and an exciting hub for all things and events in the world of drums!
