With this years Black Friday sales coinciding with the second lock down, the extra demand that's being placed on the Royal Mail at the moment means we're experiencing some isolated delays with our standard shipping service. We've been reassured that this is simply down to the huge volume of parcels that are being processed at the moment and they are doing everything they can under extremely difficult and unprecedented circumstances to make sure all items will be delivered as soon as possible!
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. I know from my own experience how frustrating it is to order something online and then wait for ages for it to arrive.
It's worth pointing out that we're having no issues with our Express Service so if you need an item urgently then this option is available at the checkout ("Delivery from supplier" timelines still apply)
